Barrow Blotter

The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

ENTERED AUTOS: Several cars were entered on Vera Court in Winder the night of Jan. 21.

Nothing was stolen from one man’s Chevrolet Monte Carlo, but some of his belongings were laying on the ground near the vehicle. A woman’s bank card was stolen from her 1989 Ford Bronco.

While the deputy was talking to the victims, a neighbor arrived and said her car were entered, too.

A pair of aviator sunglasses, a cell phone case and two bowling balls were stolen from the neighbor’s 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the deputy found one of the balls in the yard.

The woman, whose husband’s vehicle also was entered, discovered later that a camera was missing, too, bringing her total loss to $640 in belongings.

A third neighbor reported that her car was entered and the glove compartment rifled through, but nothing was taken. Her husband’s car was locked, which apparently thwarted the thief.

That means that YES they have moved through 3 different countries! So over the past few years I have replaced the batteries in each of those watches and worn them until they actually broke(I mean seriously friends they are made of plastic-they were bound to eventually break). And when they broke I fixed them with electrical tape for as long as they could be fixed and then and only then did I throw...
